- ½ lb. Graham Crackers, crushed
- 1 lb. chopped Dates
- ½ lb Mini Marshmallows

- 1 cup chopped Pecans
- 1 cup whipped Cream
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
|
Combine all of the ingredients together, except ½ of the graham cracker crumbs. Form the mixture into logs and roll in the remaining crumbs. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill for 12 hours. Cut logs into slices to serve - can be topped with Whipped Cream or other desert garnishes.
